The Design Museum

concept, design, presentation
During my time at MOO, I designed a variety of print material for The Design Museum. The first project involved crafting invitations and tickets for the 'Moving to Mars' exhibition launch at the Design Museum, London, while the second revolved around invitation design for The Design Museum's 2019 DOTY (Designs of the Year) award ceremony, sponsored by Beazley. After these successful projects impressed our contact at TDM, I became the official designer for this repeat client.

These projects not only demonstrate my ability to meet unique client requirements but also my knack for incorporating innovative design elements, resulting in memorable and engaging printed materials.

Beazley Designs of the Year
Awards Ceremony

(partnered with The Design Museum)
I was tasked with designing invitations for The Design Museum's 2019 DOTY awards, sponsored by Beazley. Despite strict design guidelines, I proposed a unique fold concept, which involved my collaboration with a US folding vendor over an online meeting, to ensure feasibility. The final product exceeded expectations, leading to subsequent requests for additional collateral such as menus and place cards. This experience showcased my ability to innovate within constraints and deliver successful outcomes.

Prada : Front and Back
(Launch exhibition at The Design Museum)
'The first major museum exhibition of one of the world's most influential fashion houses.'
The Design Museum was hosting an exhibition called Prada: Front and Back which was a 50-year celebratory event, to showcase an unprecedented insight into Prada's creative approach, inspirations and landmark collaborations, throughout it's domination in the fashion industry, starting in the mid-70s.
Myself and a colleague were asked to collaborate on this brief together. We were asked to create invitations to the opening of the show, and menus for the opening dinner.

More information on the event can be found here: https://designmuseum.org/exhibitions/prada-front-and-back
