In 2021, MOO introduced a new eco-friendly flat packaging, and I was in charge of the project launch. This was a major shift from the fancy but not-so-eco-friendly packaging that MOO's customers had been familiar with and loved for a decade.
My goal was to make sure that the new packaging still felt luxurious through photography, so I focused on enhancing shiny foil finishes and making sure the paper texture still looked great to touch. MOO customers trusted this packaging to protect their printed materials, so it was essential not to make the new packaging look cheap or flimsy. I worked on creating a premium feel by using dramatic lighting and a clean setup during the photography stage.
